The central order processing division at Kolkata received orders from all the office’s and from channel partners across the country and validates them for technical feasibility and pricing acceptance. The order processing division also co-ordinate the availability of all components, parts and accessories through Logistics and Purchase division
Purchase of all parts, components and accessories are done only through pre-approved suppliers. Suppliers are included on the pre-approved list after being evaluated and rated on their product quality, parts rejection rate, delivery time and service support.
The manufacturing process consists of a series of equipped workbenches where skilled workers complete each stage of the integration process, including interim testing. The quality assurance personnel continuously test the finished product for various parameters. The testing is done on the basis of a comprehensive checklist.

The computer systems are then burned-in for reliability under continuous working conditions including a component diagnostic check through software tools. Finally qualified engineers test all the systems for functionality before the products are packed for dispatch.
